Keep the blind. Fix the hanging hole.
A small repair for a frustrating problem. A torn hanging slot does not have to mean replacing the whole panel. Add a clear repair tab to reinforce the top edge and give the hook a place to hold.
Peel. Align. Press. Rehang.
No extra glue required. Clean and dry the area, remove the backing, then fold the tab over the top edge with the openings aligned. Press firmly before rehanging.
Line up the opening before you press.
Place the clear tab over the damaged hanging slot and check that the opening lines up with your existing hook. A moment spent aligning it makes the panel easier to rehang.
A closer look at the fold-over design.
The tab folds over the top edge of the blind panel. This close-up shows the backing, repaired hanging slot and fold so you can see how the pieces fit together.
